Post Bank is a Polish retail bank. The Bank's mission is to provide its customers with simple and secure financial services. Thanks to its strategic partnership with Polish Post, it offers its customers access to financial services through one of the most extensive networks of branches in Poland.
Our low-code team has been working for many years with Post Bank, which uses our low-code decision engine in its operations for risk assessment, scoring, rating, and evaluation of Credit Burea reports in the credit process. The bank's team uses low-code Modeler to maintain and develop decision models.
The low-code project team adapted the solution to existing processes, integrating it with, among others, the Credit Bureau (BIK) databases. A key stage was the training of the Bank's analysts, who gained the ability to independently create and modify decision models. Thanks to drag-and-drop graphical tools, analysts can quickly develop and modify scoring algorithms and evaluate Credit Bureau reports without the need to involve programmers or external technology providers.
Our low-code platform provides an large library of components and advanced algorithm logic modeling capabilities, allowing analysts to create, integrate, test, and deploy decision models intuitively. This environment, aimed at people with a good understanding of business, does not require advanced programming skills or in-depth technical knowledge, which is in line with the concept of “citizen developers” – users who can create modern IT solutions using simple graphical editors.
The new technology has brought many benefits. Thanks to low-code tools, analysts can quickly create algorithms, which have shortened the time needed to implement changes and increased the Bank's flexibility in responding to market needs. The decision engine has also enabled more accurate credit risk assessment and more accurate recommendations, while reducing operating costs by eliminating the need for external technical support.
A low-code decision engine for creating and maintaining algorithms for retail customer risk assessment and Credit Bureau report evaluation, independently by the bank's analysts:
- is integrated with the bank's environment and credit process,
- has advanced tools for designing, verifying, testing, and documenting scoring models,
- is integrated with the Credit Bureau database,
- evaluates Credit Bureau reports,
- assesses risk and provides recommendations in the credit process,
- provides a runtime environment and algorithm debugging module.
