Europ Assistance uses the “Anchor” application built on our low-code platform in its operations. Due to changes in the law, Europ Assistance Polska faced the challenge of meeting new regulatory requirements that necessitated the standardization of data management processes and the adaptation of operations to standards such as IFRS17. The situation before implementation was characterized by:
- distributed systems that required integration,
- manual data handling, which increased the risk of errors,
- limited process automation, which generated additional costs and extended task completion times.
