The INTER Polska Group belongs to the German INTER Insurance Group, one of Germany's leading providers of health insurance and specialized insurance programs. The INTER Group's offer in Poland includes a wide range of insurance products, including specialized packages for the medical sector.
The yarrl company team has completed a project to build a Master Data Management (MDM) on a low-code platform with “golden record” functionality. The MDM system integrates data from the Company's IT systems and enables the centralization of customer data processing into a golden record, which represents all component records from different systems and provides up-to-date customer data, including information on policies and claims.
The Master Data application has brought significant benefits to the INTER Polska Group:
- Streamlined processes: up-to-date and verified customer data is now available in one place, enabling faster and more efficient operations
- Improved data quality: deduplication processes have ensured consistency and timeliness of information, while “golden records” integrate data from different sources
- Automation of integration: mediators synchronize data with the Company's systems in real time, eliminating the need for manual updates

- Increased security: the implemented ABAC authorization model and compliance with OWASP ASVS L2 ensure a high level of data protection
Thanks to the implementation of the Master Data app, the INTER Polska Group has gained a modern data management tool that supports operational activities and builds competitive advantage.
Built on a low-code platform, the Master Data app includes, among other things:
- 360° view
- so-called mediators, which integrate the Master Data with the domain (source) systems of the Companies
- a data cleansing process
- deduplication, which consists of the following processes:
- partitioning
- indexing
- comparison
- classification
- clustering, and after their successful completion, merging and creating a golden record, - feedback interface to the companies' domain systems
- reporting for managers
- ABAC (Attribute Based Access Control) authorization model
- OWASP ASVS (Application Security Verification Standard) Level 2 security.
Master Data provides users with a single source of truth about customers - the golden record.
The Master Data contains the most up-to-date information about customers, made available to users in a 360 view in the web application and automatically updated in the domain system.
