No more vendor lock-in: Meltemee low-code licensing, an example of our low-code application for customer survey automation

Vendor lock-in is an issue that purchasing departments in financial institutions pay particular attention to. Dependence on a supplier can be costly, but yarrl company has a solution that meets customer expectations. Offering a low-code platform, it has an open licensing policy and a partnership-based approach to customers. With the Meltemee platform runtime environment, customers get a graphical application design and testing environment that is the same as the environment and tools, component libraries, templates, and activities used by yarrl designers. A customer analyst who designs an application in the Meltemee environment can have the same rights to implement solutions as the owner of the platform rights. The technical environment is subject to formal and legal issues. Here, yarrl also has an open policy towards its customers. Applications prepared for the customer are covered by a license with extended fields of use, the possibility of updates, changes, and unlimited development of own solutions by the customer team. If the customer's team undertakes the development of the application, this does not entail any license restrictions or additional fees.

Low-code application – automatic customer survey system

In our series “low-code by yarrl – enterprise-class solutions” about low-code platforms and applications, we discuss selected examples of solutions. One such application worth mentioning is the customer survey automation module. yarrl offers CRM.pro, a CRM application built on a low-code platform specifically for corporate banking to handle and manage relationships with institutional clients. One of the components of the solution is an automatic survey system that supports the bank in communicating with clients and stakeholders. The intuitive environment supports the design of new surveys and marketing campaigns. Surveys can range from simple marketing campaign questions to questions based on CSI, NPS, CES, and KYC surveys. The survey module includes all the components and facilities needed to develop and send surveys to measure customer satisfaction more effectively.

The application allows you to:

  • use predefined surveys,
  • design a survey on request (you report the need we design it),
  • handle mandatory surveys, e.g. AML or MIFID,
  • perform KPI’s analysis,
  • maintain an archive of surveys and newsletters.

A highly parameterized system allows you to define responses to survey answers and supports result processing. It can automatically complete the survey or, depending on the parameters, forward it for further processing, e.g., based on the results of a MIFID survey, it can launch the process of preparing an investment offer.

Newsletters and marketing campaigns

The solution also supports newsletters and surveys as part of marketing campaigns. The mailing list and management panel provide statistical information, and the results complement the marketing activities coordinated by CRM.

Reporting survey and campaign results

The information dashboard for managers presents a summary of the results, and the system can generate a report for each survey, group of surveys, or campaign. The results can also be forwarded for further processing, e.g., in the CRM system.
