Shorten the process of the

product quality control and reduce costs

Mes.Pro

The MES.pro application is designed for manufacturing companies.

Control

Ongoing product quality control, shortening batch release times and reducing production and laboratory costs.

Monitoring

Monitor the production process at all stages on an ongoing basis.

Benefits

Reduce costly laboratory tests by replacing them with data processing collected directly from sensors and production line controllers, providing users with real-time information, calculation results, analyses, and recommendations.

Update your plant, line, or machine digital model (Digital Twin). This is what low-code Meltemee technology gives you. By implementing MES.pro, the customer receives a solution that can be updated and adapted at any time using a graphical low-code environment to the production process requirements, changes in controllers and sensors installed in production lines, and new user expectations.
Sample operator screen – production process monitoring

MES.pro converts signals from sensors and data from controllers into knowledge about quality and production

MES.pro operates fully automatically, interpreting and recording data using information collected from sensors installed on production lines and configuration data defined during system configuration.

How can you streamline the monitoring of so many financial instruments and ensure timely reporting to supervisory authorities?

“The MES.pro solution we have implemented helps us to monitor product quality on an ongoing basis. Not only does it process data from thousands of sensors, but it also provides information and recommendations to operators for quality management. As a result, the system has reduced batch release times and eliminated the need for three shifts in the laboratory.”

– Marek Iwański, Senior Automation Specialist in Warka Brewery, Heineken Group.
The basic functionalities of the MES.pro system include:

Mapping production lines in a digital plant model (Digital Twins).

Recording production events such as product batches, recipe steps, filter replacements.

Registration of genealogical links allowing monitoring of what was created from what (i.e., tracking batches through successive stages of production).

Calculation of production batch parameters (e.g., alcohol, CO2, oxygen, etc.) using instantaneous values from sensors installed on production lines and flow rates.

Registration and notification of alarms based on statistical rules, specifications of the currently manufactured product, and recorded parameter values.

Presentation of selected signals collected from sensors and controllers installed on production lines.

Presentation of selected signals collected from sensors and controllers installed on production lines, i.e.:

  • production batch parameters;
  • graphs of instantaneous sensor values for the duration of the batch;
  • SPC graphs (change in product parameters from the beginning of the batch with +/-1,2,3 Sigma levels);
  • batch metrics, e.g., start, end, product quantity, product name, status, etc.

Operator actions, i.e. actions that the operator can perform during the production process, such as:

  • releasing a batch for bottling;
  • changing the product;
  • recording laboratory data.

Registration of the plant structure (departments, production lines, machines).

Configuration of parameter calculation, event logging, alarms, and genealogical links based on a rule library that can be modified and updated by the customer's employees.

Product registration, linking products to machines, registering product specifications on machines.

Import recipes and recipe steps, link them to batch registration rules and recipe step execution. Set of standard and dedicated reports.

MES.pro is a graphical environment for a digital plant model – Digital Twins.

Features
The MES.pro system was developed on a Meltemee low-code platform that enables the development of advanced IT systems without the need to engage a team of programmers. All business logic of the application is created in an intuitive, graphical work environment based on drag & drop principles.

Thanks to the flexibility and scalability of the low-code platform, a solution has been created that enables you to independently:

  • Map a digital model of the plant (Digital Twins).
  • Define the structure of the system's business user menus (i.e., what information is available where).
  • Configure the appearance of the operator and analyst screens (i.e., what data is to be displayed on the screen and where on the screen it should appear).
  • Add and modify rules for calculating product parameters, recording events, alarms, and genealogy.
  • Modifying the plant structure (adding/modifying departments, lines, and machines).
  • Adding and modifying recorded parameters, events, alarms, and links.
  • Configuring rules for calculating and recording parameters, events, alarms, and links.
  • Configuring data retrieval from sensors and controllers installed on production lines. Connecting new sensors to the system does not require the involvement of programmers.
  • Exporting information from each list presented by the system to Excel and PDF files.
  • Filtering and searching data on lists presented by the system and exporting selected information to Excel and PDF files.
  • Customizing the screen layout to each user's preferences (ability to change the screen layout by moving, hiding, or minimizing displayed elements, saving the layout, and restoring default settings).
  • Powerful user permission management based on ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), where user permissions to perform operations or access information depend on the attributes assigned to them (e.g., position in the organizational hierarchy, department in which they work, etc.).
  • Analysis of system activity logs, facilitating the resolution of configuration problems without the need to contact the system provider.

    Additionally:
  • The system is accessible via a web browser.
  • It is ready for installation in a cloud computing environment (e.g., AZURE or AWS).
  • It can be expanded with new features and areas (e.g., performance monitoring and downtime analysis, response to emergency situations).
